Terms and conditions for contracting and cancellation.

• All our staff have certified pediatric first aid training.
• The children's recreation service starts at the time the client desires, with the price according to the hours.
• All services can be performed in the following languages: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
• The stipulated prices are for groups of up to 10 children (between 1 and 12 years old), except for the baby support room.
• 50% of the service payment is made at the time of booking, and the remainder is paid at the end of the service.
• The client can cancel the service up to 2 weeks in advance, with only half of the amount already paid being refunded.
• If the client cancels less than 2 weeks in advance, there is no refund.
• Transportation costs are additional (outside the municipality of Braga).
• The extra hour of a recreation service is 20€.
• The hourly rate for babysitting, petsitting and caresitting services is for the daytime period (from 7am to 10pm).
• During the night shift, the rate increases to 20€ per hour and overtime for any of these positions is 30€ per hour.
• All the aforementioned rates are subject to the current IVA tax rate.
